Combined Registration:
Select this option if this is the first time you are registering for the conference. This
will allow you the option to purchase conference registration and meals for various options, like single day registration.
Secondary Registration:
Select this option only if you have already registered for the conference (by any means), and either need
to select your included meals, or you would like to purchase additional meals and other items for sale.
General Public Meals Sale:
Select this option only if you wish to purchase specific meal tickets only and DO NOT want to attend the conference.
To avoid delays in processing, please verify your registration status before proceeding.
All registration statuses will be verified. Please save all confirmation emails and bring
them with you to the conference.
The following is a list of different registration and meal options that you can purchase online. Please note that all meals must be purchased by May 20, and there will be no meal purchases on-site. As for the Gala / Governors Dinner, the tickets are grouped into three categories:
- General Seating (150 Seats Total)
- Premium (150 Seats Total)
- VIP and Sponsors

"With Meals" package includes: Friday lunch and premium Gala Seating, Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch and dinner, and Monday lunch. This includes One Premium Friday Gala Seating ticket. (1) Full time students (undergraduate or graduate) with current ID, and youth less than age 23. For full time student rates, we reserved the right to ask for verification of your full time student status at any time. (2) Subject to verification at anytime before the conference is over. |
Important Message to Attendees Under 18 Years of Age
All persons under the age of 18 desiring to attend ISDC must have their parent/guardian complete the Waiver of Liability and Medical Authorization for Students (download the form here) and the Student Medical Information (download the form here). Students who do not have this information on file with National Space Society headquarters by May 15, 2012, will NOT be given their registration badges and will NOT be permitted to participate in the Conference in any way. If there is any possibility you will attend ISDC, even if you do not have your Visa yet, we strongly recommend that you have these forms completed and send them – before May 15, 2012 – by email or fax to: National Space Society, [email protected] or 202-530-0659. You should also bring a copy of the forms with you to be presented at the Registration Desk, just in case there is any problem.
